ENGAGEMENT AND DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
Linda Sloan began her training in Deliverance and Inner-Healing Ministry in 1996. She has been a restoration minister since 2001 and was ordained as a Marketplace Pastor through Spiritual Restoration Ministries in 2006. Currently she is aligned with Liberating Ministries for Christ, International. Linda has recently written her first book on transforming the marketplace and has done extensive teaching and coaching on the subject for both businesses as well as individual/personal situations.
Linda provides pastoral care and spiritual coaching with a specialty in restoration and freedom from areas where spiritual bondages have blocked an individual or business from achieving their full potential and destiny. Linda operates in the gifts of the spirit, such as: discernment of spirits, words of knowledge, wisdom of the Lord, impartation, and other prophetic gifting as the Holy Spirit directs. Each coaching session is unique and driven by what the Holy Spirit would like to accomplish in the individual’s life at that time.
When coaching men or couples, Linda brings in her husband, Eric (also an ordained minister) to support the process. Eric provides a helpful male perspective as well as increased discernment and wisdom.
The client understands and agrees that Linda (and Eric when appropriate) is providing coaching and prayer services. She will prayerfully use and follow the best discernment and wisdom with which God has gifted and anointed her which comes from God. The client further understands and acknowledges however that God, being who He is, His mystery and revelation is not always understood or correctly discerned by her or any human, that there is no guarantee of such accuracy by her, and the potential for error in such wisdom and discernment is always present. It is Linda’s recommendation that any portion of the services should always be prayerfully weighed and confirmed independently by the client (including but not limited to submission of it to the client’s spiritual authority) before acting on it. The client further understands and agrees that by following or adopting any part of the coaching, including but not limited to any prophetic words provided by Linda or Eric, the client is making a decision based solely on faith to trust and obey God with respect to any such choice, and shall not seek to hold Linda liable in any way for any financial, emotional, health or other loss that may be experienced in connection with any of the coaching or prayer.
The client further understands that maintaining freedom from spiritual bondages requires commitment and daily choices. If the client willingly walks back into previous destructive behaviors which result in the bondages returning and even intensifying, it is the sole responsibility of the client; and Linda will not be held liable in any fashion.
The information provided by you during your coaching session is legally confidential except as required by law. Exceptions to confidentiality include “threat of serious harm to self or others,” as in the case of child abuse, suicide, grave disability, child pornography, and threat of national disaster. Sexual contact between client and Linda or Eric is not a recognized form of coaching or pastoral care and is illegal in Colorado.
Both the client and Linda Sloan agree that coaching and pastoral care are not counseling, therapy or psychotherapy which requires providing a diagnosis. Linda does not have a contractual agreement with your insurance company. In requesting her services, you agree to accept legal and financial responsibility for the cost of those services. Your right to confidentially may be waved in the case of non-payment for services. Your name may be given to a collection agency.
Please be on time for all appointments. If you need to make a change in the schedule, please notify Linda (719 432-7299) 48 hours in advance. Without a 48 hour notice, clients will be charged full fee for all broken or missed appointments. Telephone sessions and consultations will be billed at the same rate but the time will be prorated.

$300.00/2 Hour individual session
$350.00/2 Hour with Linda and Eric
A session constitutes a two-hour time period. This facilitates the specialized work that we do.
